Ingredients
- 20g medium-fine ground coffee
- 320g filtered water (200°F/93°C)
- Pour over dripper (e.g., Hario V60)
- Filter paper
- Kettle
- Scale
- Timer
Instructions
- Rinse filter paper with hot water to remove papery taste and preheat dripper. Discard water.
- Add coffee grounds to filter, level the bed.
- Start timer. Bloom: Pour 40-50g water evenly, ensuring all grounds are wet. Wait 30-45 seconds.
- Main Pour: Slowly pour remaining water in circular motions, avoiding direct pour on filter. Aim for a total brew time of 2:30-3:30 minutes.
- Let all water drip through. Serve immediately and enjoy.
